Shayna took excellent care of both our cat and dog, even though our dog is quite shy, for a recent two week period. She won him over. She kept our house very clean, watered our plants and even washed the sheets and towels she used by the time we got home! Will definitely use her services again in the future!

Shayna is a wonderful pet sitter, especially to my two cats as I recently went to Europe for two and a half weeks. My cats were well taken care of and content, making sure that it was more than enough food and clean water for them to eat and drink. Shayna also followed any special instructions I had in relation to taking care of my two cats and making sure that both were taken care of properly and that they were very happy with their care. I highly recommend Shayna for all your pet sitting needs with the amount of experience and care she has exhibited, especially with taking care of my two cats recently."

My 3 dogs needed boarding for about a month due to some remodeling going on at my house. Shayna took such good care of my babies. I received photos and check-ins everyday. Shayna was very organized and on time in all our dealings. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dogs with her. I highly recommend using her.

I found Shayna and we set up a free in-person meet-and-greet with her and my two cats before deciding to go with her for pet sitting over 10 days during the Christmas break. Shayna was a great communicator, did everything we discussed during each visit, she was trying to engage with the cats even when they were a little lazy and tired of playing which I really appreciate. She sent us updates and pictures during every visit. 10/10 recommend working with Shayna and she will be my go-to pet sitter from now on!

Shayna has been sitting for my kitties for 4 years now and I am so lucky to have found her. She has always been reliable, professional, and communicative. Shayna cares for all animals and never gave up on my rescue kitties who are often too shy to interact with other humans. She sends pictures and text daily when I am away, which is a great relief to know they are taken care of and comfortable in their own familiar home. Shayna is a wonderful pet sitter . I have been sending my labradoodle Ginger to Shayna for the past year and we have only had the best experiences. We frequently receive photos of Ginger as well as updates on her habits during the stay. I have boarded Ginger with her for as long as 2 1/2 weeks at a time and she was very punctual and easy going with the flexibility of pick up and drop offs.

Shayna is absolutely amazing! She is so communicative, so caring, and so thorough. We have worked with her many times. She has both watched our dog Hank for multiple days at her place, as well as dropped in on our cats, one of whom was sick and having litterbox troubles. I had been looking for someone to walk my large white lab and also a small Chihuahua mix that I have been watching for someone. I wanted someone who was reliable and trustworthy and whose prices were reasonable. After checking into several others that were recommended to me, I came across Shayna at Critter Sitter SFV. She’s been walking my dogs for the past week, and I’ve found her to be extremely dependable, very detailed, and has a great rapport with animals. I couldn’t be happier with her services, and I highly recommend her. I also intend to use her for boarding services when necessary, either at my home or at hers. I would trust her implicitly.

I cannot speak highly enough about Shayna and Critter Sitter SFV. We have an 8 1/2 year old senior rescue pug. We needed to find a good place for him to stay when we have overnight getaways and vacations during holiday breaks. We were looking for a in-home boarding, and we found Shayna.
We are so lucky to have found her! Our pug loves her. She is very kind. Her home is extremely clean, calm, and peaceful. Shayna has an obvious love and passion for animals. In addition, Shayna is very professional. I appreciate her communication via text. Her system is very efficient: check with Shayna to confirm availability of dates and times, then pre-book and pre-pay.
I am so relieved that my husband and I were able to find such an excellent in-home boarding service. Also, Shayna‘s home is very well air-conditioned in the summer heat! Very important for the flat faced breeds. We plan to book with Shayna for our upcoming getaways and trips, a huge burden has been lifted because we know our pug will be safe and happy.

I have a small 5 pound timid Chihuahua that is very apprehensive of others. I’ve tried in the past to use dog walking apps, but it has never worked out. A friend referred me to Shayna several years ago, and Penny took an immediate liking to her, trusting her and walking with her immediately. I have also boarded Penny with her while I had to take a business trip. It’s so hard to leave your little ones and to stay in a new place, but Shayna was so good about sending pictures and updating me on how she was doing. There are very few people I would trust with my little one, and Shayna is always available to help, also she is extremely sweet and probably born to work with animals as a parent in her way with them. 💓
I would definitely recommend Shayna to take care of your pet.

Shayna was fantastic! My dog stayed with her during the day for two consecutive days, and she (my dog!) came home with me exhausted from the exercise and very content. Couldn't be happier and more grateful that I found Shayna here. I was skeptical at first to use an app like this, or let someone that I didn't know in my home, but with all of the lovely reviews about her, it made me feel at ease. She took such wonderful care of my two cats, sent me photos every visit and even cleaned up all their dishes, their litter box and took the trash out before we got home.
