  • Yes! During walks, pet taxis, pick up and drop offs we use live GPS. We provide live updates for housesitting, boarding, daycare and drop-ins. We have a genuine love for animals and are committed to providing the best care possible for your pets. We understand that pet parents love to know the good stuff. We use the Walkies app, our friendly right paw (hand), to share live updates for the pet parents that like to follow along during our services.

  • Of course! We encourage you to meet your pet sitter before your scheduled service to ensure you're comfortable with them. Simply request a meet-and-greet before booking, and we'll arrange a time at your convenience.

  • Booking request with Critter Sitter SFV is easy. Simply visit the contact page and fill out the necessary information, including your location, dates of service, and details about your pets. Please also send along pictures of your pet(s). We'll match you with a qualified sitter in your area. For a faster turn-around call (949) 423-3395

  • We have strict cancellation policies. See below for the cancellation policy for your service.

    Dog walking & pet taxi and drop ins:

    *There is a 6-day cancellation policy for drop-ins and pet taxi & dog walking.

    *You will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs 6 days before service was to start.

    * If cancellation occurs after 6 days before service was to begin, you will receive a 50% refund for the originally agreed upon booking date.

    (Holiday)Dog walking & pet taxi and drop-ins:

    *There is a 10-day cancellation policy for drop-ins and pet taxi & dog walking.

    *You will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs 10 days in advance of service start date.

    *If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before service was to begin, you will receive a 50% refund for the originally agreed upon booking date.

    House Sitting & Dog Boarding and Dog Daycare :

    *You will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs by 12:00 p.m. two weeks prior to the scheduled stay was to begin.

    *If cancellation occurs after two weeks before the stay was to begin or during a stay, you will receive a 50% refund for the originally agreed upon booking dates. In the event of a cancellation during a stay, clients will receive a refund of 50% of the originally agreed upon unused dates.

    (Holiday) House Sitting & Dog Boarding and Dog Daycare Cancellation:

    *You will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs by 12:00 p.m. three weeks prior to when the scheduled stay was to begin.

    *If cancellation occurs after three weeks before the stay was to begin or during a stay, you will receive a 50% refund for the originally agreed upon booking dates. In the event of a cancellation during a stay, clients will receive a refund of 50% of the originally agreed upon unused dates.

    *[In the event your pet sitter has an emergency, we'll provide a credit for a future booking of missed booked dates or a partial/full refund of your original services booked, depending on the circumstances and in accordance to cancellation policies found above]

    *Confirmation of a booking*

    All bookings are on a first-come, first served basis. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Dates and times will not be held under any other circumstances. This policy is due to potential issues such as: other clients seeking the same date(s) and/or high-demand of dates and potential loss of work.

    *PET SAFETY *

    "We at Critter Sitter SFV understand that animals can behave unpredictably. In the event of unforeseen behavior issues or if an animal/pet exhibits over aggressiveness during a stay, we may need to cancel our services to ensure everyone's safety. As we cannot anticipate these situations, our cancellation policy will still apply. This policy allows us to comply with our pet safety requirements and provide a safe environment for our staff and clients pets. We trust that pet owners have shared all relevant information ahead of booking, about their animal/pets behavior, health, and temperament. This includes any history of aggression, anxiety, or medical conditions. By providing accurate information, owners help us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Therefore, our cancellation policy remains in place, and any cancellations due to unforeseen pet behavior issues will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.”
